December – April Weekly = $1,400, Monthly rates are negotiable May Weekly = $1000, Weekend $400, Monthly rates are negotiable June - September Weekly = $950, Weekend $350, Monthly rates are negotiable October – November Weekly = $1,200, Weekend $450, Monthly rates are negotiable In addition we charge 10% Tax and a $100 cleaning fee Deposit amount $500 to reserve dates Pet Fee is $100 Visitors from Europe can pay in British pounds if they wish or US Dollars Payment can be made by direct bank transfer, check, TT transfer to our Bank Accounts in the USA or UK. |
